What are our products made of?
High-quality, body-safe platinum-cure silicone. It's soft, durable, non-porous and free from harmful chemicals.
How do I place an order?
Choose your sleeve, follow the customisation steps (see the ordering guide), and add it to your cart. After checkout you'll get a confirmation email, and we get to work handcrafting your order.
How long does it take to make my custom sleeve?
Every product is made to order by hand. Production usually takes 5–7 business days. Once it's ready, we ship it discreetly to your door.
When will I receive my order?
After production, delivery typically takes:
- 2–4 business days within Germany
- 4–8 business days within the EU
Shipping times outside the EU vary by location. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships.
Will the package be discreet?
Absolutely. We use plain packaging with no branding or product details on the outside. Your privacy is just as important to us as your pleasure.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major payment methods, including PayPal, credit and debit cards, and Klarna. Check the checkout page for the options currently available.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we start crafting shortly after you order, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Due to the intimate and custom-made nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there's a clear defect. If you believe something is wrong with your item, contact us with details and photos.
Do you ship outside of Germany?
Yes. We ship across the EU and to selected international countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to you, send us a quick message.
